We can offer a wide range of ILM qualifications ranging from level 2 in Team Leading and Effective Team Member Skills through to the Level 7 in Management. These qualifications are in management, leadership and equality and diversity. See our main qualifications page for more information.

We also have accreditation with City and Guilds so can offer qualifications in Business Administration and Customer Service.

We have a vast range of courses that we have already delivered within our portfolio including Equal Opportunities, Management Development, Customer Service, Assertive Skills and Team Building. These courses have also been evaluated by learners as being delivered well and relevant to their sector. We have many customers who have been returning to us for nine years to book courses and use us as a recommended training and qualification provider. Alternatively we have a bespoke training course service where you can design a course to specifically meet your needs or mix and match the different subjects.

Finally we are established in offering consultancy support to organisations. In the past this has included support to manage bullying cases, policy and procedure development, equality and diversity for both private and publis sector organisations, team building, coaching skills for managers, financial management and business management.
